Typically, your employer will pay for all of the costs of the program without any cost to you—the employee.

As a member, you and your immediate family are covered for services under The Medical Advocate Program® (MAP®), including your spouse and/or dependents, even though they may be covered under a different benefit program. Anyone in your immediate family may call at any time.

Call as often as you feel necessary. We encourage you to call on any health matter. We may call you for follow up to make sure your medical treatment is going as planned.

Yes.  All information we obtain from any source regarding you or your family is kept completely confidential.  We have strict procedures that follow the Federal and State guidelines for privacy of medical and personal information.

The Medical Advocate Programs® (MAP®) professional medical staff is comprised of both licensed nurses and physicians with many years of experience in helping others with their medical problems.

The Medical Advocate Program® (MAP®) owns a proprietary database of medical and cost data of highly-detailed information, which is compiled from inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures performed in medical facilities in your area. The data is frequently updated to ensure the MAP® Nurse Advocate uses the most current information to develop a comparative analysis of your options.

Delphi is completely independent from your employer, your physicians, your insurance carrier or claims administrator. Delphi's MAP® representatives are medically-qualified professionals solely serving you and your family's best interests.



About Us

The Medical Advocate Program® (MAP®) is comprised of healthcare professionals who provide information, education, one-on-one guidance, and a high level of trust to give Members what they need to change their healthcare purchasing habits — empowering them to become better purchasers of healthcare.

The key to the MAP® Program’s success is its Nurse Advocates. The MAP® Nurse Advocate is a Registered Nurse who follows the patient throughout their entire episode of care, helping to organize and outline the appropriate steps to receive the most effective treatment. To accomplish this, MAP® provides healthcare transparency, identifying information on the highest quality physicians, effective treatment options, locating the most cost-effective facilities, and providing answers to medical questions, benefits, provider balance billing, etc.
